Thank you for shopping with Castellesi. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Made to Order

Every Castellesi piece is made upon order — not pulled from a warehouse shelf. That's what allows us to offer so many cities, regions, and designs for you to choose from, instead of limiting our collection to whatever we could afford to keep pre-stocked. The tradeoff is a short production window before your order ships, which we've outlined below.

Processing Time

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. This is separate from transit time (how long it takes to actually reach you once it leaves our hands). During busier periods (holidays, new collection launches), processing may run slightly longer — we'll always do our best to keep you updated if that's the case.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• US orders $100 and over: Free UPS Ground shipping
• US orders under $100: $10 flat-rate shipping
• International orders: Calculated in real time at checkout based on destination

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey the rest of the way.
